I keep hoping the book will get better but it has steadily declined since Winnick left. Kreisberg clearly doesn't have a clue as to the characters or how to write something that isn't a formulaic TV show.

I've really tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but enough's enough. Mike Norton's pencil's are getting killed by the inks which thankfully move to the back up feature next month.
The Coloring is atrocious.
So dissapointing to see my favorite character presented so badly. I'll by it simply to keep from having a gap and hope and pray they get another creative team. Based on the steadily declining sales numbers and DC's "endorsement" of the creative team I have to believe a change is imminent.

Kreisberg's Green Arrow sets up his wife, Black Canary, to be TAZED for her own protection in issue 18. This book is DUMB to the Nth degree and the creative team has ZERO understanding of the heroes involved. Have these guys read the Longbow Hunters? The TAZING never would have happened if they had. (Do they know what TAZING really is?) Ollie may have cheated on Dinah in the past, but he would NEVER physically hurt her. This book is STUPID, WRONG, and starting with issue 22, it's $3.99.

I've read every issue since the series started and I like it. It was definitely at it's best with Judd Winnick but the new team is doing a great job so far.

I haven't read this book too much, but one thing I cannot stand is the coloring. I cannot stand David Baron's coloring on any book I've seen it in, with the exception of his early JLA work. I mean, since when is Green Arrow's costume BRIGHT green? Why is Dinah's skin orange?

Perhaps the writing is good...

The cover art is exponentially better than the interiors. I think I picked up #18, was just awful.

I'm with Stage3evolution, this series is great right now, one of my must reads every month, and the beautiful covers by Ladronn dont hurt any. CaffeinatedRamblingsDotCom pick up the trade when its released or break down and get the floppies, but definitely give it a shot.

I've been meaning to jump on board this series.
I may have to pick up the TPBs to get myself caught up.
