The talented POWER GIRL team of Jimmy Palmiotti, Justin Gray and artist extraordinaire Amanda Conner kick off a new story arc, “Space Girls Gone Wild!” with this issue, as a trio of sexy alien maraurders hit Earth for the ultimate party. Unfortunately, this galactic bender includes destroying the planet. Sounds like a certain Power Girl has to crash the festivities, no?
Check out a few pages below. POWER GIRL #4 hits 8/19.

I still hope to see some sort of conclusion to the Earth-2 saga that started on JSA Annual.
Sooooo funny! ~ Hype
OMG, the big bang theory guys. Oh wolowitz.
Did they just homage Godzilla? The American Godzilla? Zoinks.
OMG, I don’t think I can wait for the trade on this one…
I really hope they continue to feature Terra in Power Girl, they are kind of precious together.
Niceeeeeee! Sweeeeet! Oh my! Can’t wait for next week!!!
[...] out, and that’s just what Power Girl is trying to do in the latest preview for her comic from DC Universe: The Source. Of course, we wouldn’t have a comic book without conflict, and as a result, the creative [...]
Too cartoony for me. Like Power Girl better in JSA vs Kobra
Thank you for having both the boys from the “Big Bang Theory” and having PG undress in the same issue…
Thanks, Websnap, for reinforcing stereotypes of creepy-ass comic fans everywhere.
Fantastic! Love Conner’s expressions so much!
Way too Cartoony for me and Kara is handled so much beter in other books, check out Kobra vs JSA or JSA it is a shame her own book does not respect her as much and writes and draws her like a big joke. Love the character very dissapointed in book. Poor writing poorer art
I thought someone would have said it but since no one has, love the tribute to Watchmen.

The guys slamming the art and treatment of PG obviously haven’t read JSA Classified 1-4 by this same team which is what really put PG out there as the hit that she is. 8′)
Alan Barry? Ooooookay… Running low on names? Humourous in-joke? What?
JSA Classified 1-4 was a good piece of storytelling. It really hellped to clean up Kara’s origin once and for all.
“Big Bang Theory” reference for the win. Awesome, guys.

I don’t really see how a fun comic book it’s the same as a “big joke”. It’s an entertaining read, a comic doesn’t have to be “GRIMDARK!” to be good!
I mean, I understand that this sort of artwork isn’t your cup of tea, but I don’t see disrespect of any kind from the creative team here.
We’re reading about people flying around and fighting robot nazis on jetpacks, it’s not high literature anyway. It’s supposed to be fun.
Heh, looks set to be yet another sweet installment of this here new fave title of mine now!
Question though: if apparently Terra doesn’t have her costume on her then just why is she undressing? Wha, she gonna be fighting in the nude or something? *Scratches head* :/

That is so painfully gorgeous I’m going to go punch my drawing board until it gives up its secrets.
NICE! This was a lot of fun. Everyone involved in this book is doing a heckuva job.
I love this series and the art. I also still love JSA and Power Girl in the other series she’s in. There’s room for both. If you don’t like this then go read the other series she is in, she hasn’t been removed from other books.
I hope this series gets to run for as long as these guys want to do it. It’s great, fun, action packed and just really entertaining.
Big Bang Theory? Brilliant! Lovely art too.
Damn you DC, here I was all set to drop this book and now I have to reconsider. Big Bang reference indeed.
