The “Council of Spiders” arc kicks off as Ra’s al Ghul goes from hunter to hunted. What is the Council of Spiders, exactly, and why have they been offing assassins left and right? Everything shifts into high gear as Red Robin finds himself entangled in one of the deadliest games on the planet, courtesy of writer Chris Yost and artist Ramon Bachs.
RED ROBIN #5 hits 10/14.

Wow. What an introduction.
I LOVE THIS SERIES!
TIM DRAKE AS RED ROBIN IS AWESOME!
http://www.brucewayneisthebatman.blogspot.com/
Red Robin and Adventure Comics are my two favorite books of 2009.
So, Tim Wayne is going to train with his step-brother’s(Damian Wayne) grand-father….isn’t this going to be interesting.
Loving This Series So Far

Dunno if I can afford all these batbooks. They are all good. Will be glad to have a month off from minis next month. My wallet is getting skinny in these times from dc alone
I also love this series and I get to see Red Robin 3 times this week… Oh, Yeah!!!!!!!
Wow, what an uplifting way to start the issue. This one looks good, but why did they save Prudence? Out of the 3 assassins they have to pick the worst one.
burro787: may be they saved Prudence because she was the onlyone alive of the 3 assassins.
@Comiclove5
SAME!! and two more appearances this month!! (World’s Finest and DCU Halloween Special 09)
Glad to see all the Red Robin lovers. Assures me he’s not going in any DC “failed ideas” bins.
Still looking great! One of my favorite books these days.

I meant why did Yost save Prudence, I would rather of seen Z or the other guy live.
that intro story is great. i wonder how they are going to link it in with the rest of the comic.
