Who is this guy? What’s his deal? Well, fine. We’ll do a little legwork for you. We swung by Batman Group Editor Michael Marts’ office to get the skinny. So, what gives, Mike?
“If you think you’ve met Batman’s most dangerous, psychopathic, murderous foe…think again. Meet the ‘new crime’ in Gotham City—the FLAMINGO!”
Well, there you go!

I never thought I’d say this, but Frank Quietly’s work is really the only one that has fit this book so far. DC should have really tried to get him to do all 12 issues. This cover is fantastic.
I also can’t believe I’m enjoying a Morrison book so much.

Check us out if you’re a Dick Grayson fan!
Dick awoke from a foggy haze, a blur of pink in front of his face and the smell of motorcycle exhaust in his nostrils. He looked at Damien — on the ground, unconscious but breathing. Assessing their situation, he knew one thing for certain:
Bruce would never let Dick live it down if Batman and Robin were beaten by a guy calling himself “The Flamingo.”
And somewhere far across the globe, Tim snickered.

haha, my first thought was “its the Zookeeper!” nana nana nana nana BATMAN!
Brilliant…he not only fles a pink air plane but a pink motorcycle!!! i am loving this. Batman and Robin is by far the best run of all the series it’s just a shame that quite Frankly isn’t doing all the interiors. Well, the stones, said it best….you can’t always get what you want
All I will say is Brilliant cover BUT it is a total swipe of Prince’s Purple Rain album cover in Pink rather than Purple….
nice synopsis reaper2k haha!
someone was really thinking out-of-the-box when they came up with this character…so what’s he going to do with that whip?!

I knew I loved Quitely’s art for a reason. I know now why. He’s also a Prince fan…
O!K?…..THANKS LOL!
@Gothamstar It’s called a homage.
no offence but whoever callin’ the shots on this title are allowing the a complete mokery of a batman character… while i was pleased with this title thus far… i almost can’t bring myself to pickup this title… after seeing how far its’ strayed from jasons’ past… sure the earth 1 jason died his hair, but new earths’ jason’s hair was black since the before the bat found him… and how’s his helmet making him go bald… win dr. midnight’s and bruces’ cowls never made them go bald. i mean jason’s new appearace alone is insulting… looks like a balding jason blood. and he might be angry and vengful, but since his return the one thing he hadn’t been was carless… and yet his untrained junior partner was the one who noticed the flamingo’s head lights? that’s just retarded…
