Writer Royal McGraw and artist Marcos Marz kick off a new CONFIDENTIAL arc titled “Blackhawk Down,” as we see Wayne Industries collaborator Blackhawk Industries lose valuable information right under Batman’s nose. The Dark Knight’s investigation leads him to Poland and an unexpected team-up to try and find out who’s behind the information swipe. Oh, and did I mention a giant robot? Well, there you go.
BATMAN: CONFIDENTIAL #36 hits 11/4.

Giant Robots?! … I’M SOLD!
Why are there still books with Bruce Wayne as Batman??? He’s dead, or is that Hush posing as Bruce Wayne?
From what I’ve read pookdogg, BATMAN: CONFIDENTIAL takes place in the past - during the first weeks or first year of him becoming Batman. All the stories are suppose to be key moments Batmans’s past such as first meetings, critical decisions, alliances, confrontations and events that would shape him as the character he is today.
…but, I know what you mean. It takes away from the fact that he suppose to be dead…but, then again - he really isn’t…he’s in the past drawing on cave walls.
I think I’ll give this comic a try starting with this Arc. Looks interesting
I started reading Confidential a few arcs ago, and I really like it. Avoid “rules of engagement” but otherwise, it’s a great title. I’m sold.
Confidential is a pretty good title but I still wish that DC would make an Ultimate Batman book instead.
pookdogg: are you saying that Bruce Wayne isn’t Batman? Why? …he’s not dead. Besides, no matter what’s going on in “Batman” I’d rather read a story like this one. Looks really good!
[...] Regardless, that’s exactly what we get in the pages of Batman: Confidential 36 as Bruce Wayne and Blackhawk Industries unite – in more ways than one. Check out this preview, courtesy of DC Universe: The Source. [...]
