Kevin Smith rolls out the guest stars in BATMAN: THE WIDENING GYRE #3

While the Dark Knight stalks the Gotham streets at night, Bruce Wayne spends his daylight hours getting reacquainted with former flame Silver St. Cloud. Plus, Batman learns the name of his mysterious masked ally. Continuing superstar writer Kevin Smith’s latest Batman tale in collaboration with artist Walt Flanagan, the issue also features guest-appearances by Aquaman, the New Teen Titans and Deathstroke.

BATMAN: THE WIDENING GYRE #3 hits 11/4.

    I REALLY like that variant cover with all 5-Robins, that is SUPER-COOL…I might pick this one up just for that cover.

    It looks like we have: (clock-wise order)- Dick Grayson/Robin-1; Stephanie Brown/Robin-4; Tim Drake-Wayne/Robin-3; Jason Todd/Robin-2; & Damian Wayne/Robin-5

    …not 100% sure about Tim and Jason though - I might have them switched.

    I don’t think Damian is there, especially if Tim as Robin is the guest star. It looks like Dick, Jason and Tim as Robin in the front, then Dick as Nightwing and Stephanie as Robin in the back.

    your right runnerx13 - my mistake. That is Dick as Robin in the bottom-left, not Damian. This story has to take place before Bruce “died” because Tim isn’t in his Red-Robin costume.

    …all these flash-back stories are corn-fusing! :P

    …or - it could be: young Dick Grayson in bottom-left, teenage Dick Grayson in middle, and adult Dick Grayson in top-left. And, Stephanie & Tim are off to the right.

    Ugh. The dialogue in this. Kevin Smith’s Batman comics are written so swarmy.
