It’s day of threes here at The Source. To close things out, we have the third issue of MAGOG, which shows us that sometimes powers are as much a curse as they are a blessing. Magog learns that lesson firsthand when the minions of Miasma assault his enhanced senses. On top of that, he’s found himself “rescued” by hi-tech-clad members of the mysterious Flashpoint. But is that a positive, or has our hero hurtled into a more dangerous situation? Find out by picking up the third issue of the new series, from writer Keith Giffen and artist Howard Porter.
MAGOG #3 hits 11/4.

My mother told me growing up, “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all”.
…so, no comment on this from me.

If people actually read Magog, instead of cursing the character, they would know that Giffen is actually building a very interesting book.
Yeah, it’s a bit wordy but overall a pretty decent book. I know that people hate 90s style characters but it’s not like the market is flooded with them. The only 90s style DC characters that I can think of are Magog and Vigilante, and Unlike Vigilante, Magog actually has a personality.
My mail order with my issue #2 has not arrived yet, which is disappointing because I LOVED issue 1.
