Think humans and Kryptonians are the only two races in our solar system? Wrong. Jemm, Son of Saturn, ruler of the super-powered Saturnian race, arrives in Kandor demanding answers to New Krypton’s recent actions – answers he intends to get even if he has to fight his way through Commander Kal-El and the entire Kryptonian army. Not the recipe for a friendly sitdown, eh? All this and a Mark Buckingham variant cover, courtesy of writers James Robinson and Greg Rucka, along with artists Pete Woods and Ron Randall.
SUPERMAN: WORLD OF NEW KRYPTON #9 hits 11/4.

[...] out a preview of Superman: World of New Krypton 9, courtesy of DC Universe: The Source. The issue comes your way thanks to the creative genius of Greg Rucka, James Robinson, Pete Woods [...]
First off, no one has made any references to the ’80s cartoon “Jem and the Holograms”? Must I do everything?!
Anyway, I just wanted to say that this is an amazing series. I love the fact that it seems to be placing New Krypton in a galactic landscape — rather than having their only concerns be: a) Earth and/or b) New Kryptonian terrorists.
The last issue was a good set up and this seems to be a nice continuation of that theme. Keep it up!
Only 3-issues to go. I wonder how this 12-issue maxi-series is going to wrap up?
This looks outrageous…Truly…truly…TRULY outrageous.
The Kryptonians really are a bunch of misfits, aren’t they?
For an “advanced society” - they are 100-times worse than Earthlings.
No wonder they didn’t listen to Jor-El
Those pages are all sorts of out-of-order. That said, I’m happy to see the Faceless Hunters included with the other Saturnians.
i can only say… it can be done better (both art and story).
why i feel Pete’s art isn’t done well?
