I can’t wait. Im looking more forward to this that I was Blackest Night!
I’m far more keen on seeing Doc and The Avenger back in comics than I am in seeing another version of Batman. I expect I’m in the minority on that.
First Wave sounds great but I really wish Azzerello would write an ongoing based in the ‘Joker’ and ‘Lex Luthor: Man of Steel’ Universe.
This is going to be f’n brilliant.
I cannot WAIT for it, and I hope Azz is the guy tapped to write the Doc Savage ongoing.
This is awesome - and the first ‘alternate universe’ that’s caught my attention since Earth 2. If Greg Rucka writes a book and Azz it’ll be the best news since WEDNESDAY COMICS.
I agree with you vinniebartilucci. I am looking forward to seeing Doc back in comic form.
I love Rags, and he’s a super nice guy who even joined the Nightwing fan club forum back when he was the book’s artist. That Batman is breath taking, and I’ll be buying this just for his work alone.

How many sleeps until this happens? I’m a huge pulp fan and I want to see all these characters including Bats.
Likewise…Can’t wait for this. I do hope that Batman remains a character in this universe.
This is the alternative that really has the potential to be ongoing longterm.
