   I like Guy

   This is terrible…he did come from an abusive family and a father that beat him. I can understand how there might be hidden rage that might surface during Blackest Night.

   I’ll just remember him from his fun-loving wacky adventures in the JLI and from last months HALLOWEEN SPECIAL.

   I can’t see them killing Ice *again* especially since she just came back. Unless all the Black Lanterns are coming back from the dead.

   On a different note: Can we please center Guy’s logo on his chest? It used to be that way back in the day. Now, it’s off to the side down by his waist. What happened?

   The info for GLC 43 say’s “a horrible loss for the Green Lantern Corps” is what makes Guy go Red, so I’m thinking Kilowog gets killed. I hope not tho.

   Zombieted, personally i like that Guy’s lantern symbol isn’t centered. It’s part of what makes him unique in the Corps

   I’m just hoping its not Arisia. Yes I am feeling bad that this happens to Guy. But hopefully he’ll go green by the end of it all again or maybe even blue? perhaps he who overcomes a great tragedy gets the blue ring and it will be redemption. Would also like Guy so go indigo.

    This seems like a pretty big jump for the character. Though I’m eager to see the beautiful regurgitating process of becoming a Red Lantern (;)), it seems like this is the end of the road for Guy. Has a Red Lantern ever been turned back before?

    I doubt that kyle is going to die. Him and Soranak are in pretty good shape right now. While Killowag seems screwed.

    Hal Jordan was the GL of my teens and early twenties. But Kyle was the GL of my twenties and thirties… Ron Marz really broke the mold when he created this sensitive artist turned incredibly creative Green Lantern and hero. Beating villains with giant green sumos or robots… Blackest Night better end with alot of heros coming back to true life! And Kyle better be one of them!

    Guy Gardner as a Red Lantern…awesome! I guess that when this happens, that Hal Jordan and company won’t have to worry about which Red Lantern to recruit into their White Light Corps.

    Yes, I’m using the term White Light Corps because what happens when you combine all of the rainbow Lantern colors together?

    An awe-inspiring act of bravery. My only hope is that it was not in vain. Maybe Guy’s turn to the Red Lanterns is a major turning point in the War of Light; bringing the various Corps together
