We realize you’re probably scrambling to get everything done in time to jet out of work early and get on with your Thanksgiving, but why not take a moment to look at some lovely BLACKEST NIGHT: WONDER WOMAN #1 artwork from Nicola Scott, who’s pairing with writer Greg Rucka on the three-issue mini-series. See? We knew you’d come around.

This art is fantastic! Even if I wasn’t already sucked in to the Blackest Night storyline, I would buy this issue for the art alone.
I’m so super excited for this series based on writer and artist!!! ~ Hype
Oh wow. I just wish Gail Simone was doing this as part of Wonder Woman. I love Rucka don’t get me wrong but his WonderWoman was my first experience of the amazon and it left me cold but the art was flat and almost pornographic back then. So that hurt the book a lot. So I imagine that if he had Aaron Lopresti I would have been a lot happier
Wow, Nicola draws a lovely Diana.
Oh, how I love Nicola Scott. *sigh*
My absolute dream Wonder Woman team! This looks nothing short of perfect, people!
I loved Rucka’s run and Scott’s art is absolutely gorgeous.
Can’t wait for BN WW.
Beautiful artwork
Cool! About time Wondy got a BN mini.
Rucka is the perfect choice to tell this story–Simone has done wonderful work on WW, but Rucka’s pre-Infinite Crisis run on the book was one unforgettable story after the next. And to pair him with Nicola Scott on this is brilliant–her take on Diana in ‘Secret Six’ recently was everything you could ask for: power, grace, dignity, even when she was unconscious and sans boots!
Something BIG is going to happen in this series-else why would we have a Blackest Night Wonder Woman figure coming in the 4th wave of BN figures? Really looking forward to this!
“You’re a pain in my neck”
LOL - Looks like someone left Diana a message…
Can’t wait for this book. Really can’t wait. The story between WW and Max Lord is a very important and exciting one. I look forward to seeing where they go with it. And great great art!
